Nick was an outstanding agent. He listened to what I wanted and alway kept that in mind when suggesting a condo to look at. When I had a question, he answered it very quickly. I bought my condo first and then put my house up for sale. He thought ahead and when we needed to put my house up for sale he had it all ready to post. When I didn't understand something he explain everything to me so I could understand. You won't find a nicer, more knowledgable, hard working agent in Holland. I highly recommend him for selling and/or buying a home. His staff is just as knowledgable and friendly to work with.

Nick is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great advice on areas to look at, property taxes, etc. His previous home inspection experience was great, he pointed several things out as we talked through homes. We made several trips to look at homes. With the current market being as competitive as it is, he would send us additional homes, because the ones we wanted to see went pending before we could get over to see them. Nick knows the people we bought from, he knew they were thinking about listing. We ended up getting the property before it was listed. We couldn’t have done that without Nick!
