Nick’s career started in real estate shortly after graduating from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development and Finance, working as a buyers specialist on the Tennessee/ Georgia border for a well-established agent. This gave him a head start into the industry and an understanding of what buyers look for and see when touring homes, how to run a successful real estate business, and provide exceptional customer service. With a hunger to learn more about homes and provide better service to his clients, he completed Home Inspector training and passed the national home inspector exam. This gives Nick a better insight into the home's condition and gives his clients a competitive edge in negotiations. ;Fast forward a few years when his wife's career brought them back home to Michigan.
