We were living in the metro Detroit area. We started looking at homes the summer of 2020. Nick is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great advice on areas to look at, property taxes, etc. His previous home inspection experience was great, he pointed several things out as we talked through homes. We made several trips to look at homes. With the current market being as competitive as it is, he would send us additional homes, because the ones we wanted to see went pending before we could get over to see them. Nick knows the people we bought from, he knew they were thinking about listing. We ended up getting the property before it was listed. We couldn’t have done that without Nick!
